🏗️ Site Par Sabse Jyada Use Hone Wale Tests (Part 4)
Engineering exams aur site work ke liye Part 4 sabse zaroori hai. Isme ye 3 tests mukhya hain:
Aggregate Crushing Value: Ye batata hai ki aggregate kitna load jhel sakta hai. (Road surface ke liye it should be < 30%).
Aggregate Impact Value: Ye batata hai ki aggregate achanak lagne wale jhatko (Sudden load) ko kitna jhel sakta hai.
Los Angeles Abrasion Test: Ye batata hai ki aggregate ghisawat (Wearing and tearing) ke khilaf kitna majboot hai.
BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) ne IS 2386 (Methods of Test for Aggregates) ke sabhi 8 parts ko haal hi mein 2021 aur 2022 mein Reaffirmed kiya hai.
"Reaffirmed" ka matlab hota hai ki BIS ne is code ko dobara check kiya aur ye paya ki isme abhi kisi bade badlav (Revision) ki zaroorat nahi hai, aur 1963 wala version hi aaj ke engineering standards ke liye bilkul sahi hai.
