🟢 1. Pre-Construction & Surveying
Before the first brick is laid, ensure the groundwork is flawless.

🔵 2. Earthwork & Foundation (Sub-Structure)

PCC (Plain Cement Concrete): Thickness, leveling, and water-cement ratio.
Soil Testing (SBC): Plate load test and core cutter method verification.

Technical checklists for structural integrity.
Footing & Columns: Verticality (plumb), reinforcement spacing, and starter casting.
Beam & Slab: Shuttering stability, camber, cover blocks, and chair bars.
Concrete Pouring: Slump test, cube casting ($150mm \times 150mm \times 150mm$), and vibration techniques.
De-shuttering: Striking time for props and side forms (as per IS 456).

Brickwork/Masonry: Frog position (upward), mortar ratio ($1:4$ or $1:6$), and curing.

Flooring: Slope in bathrooms/balconies and tile alignment.
Waterproofing: Pond testing for 48 hours on terrace and sunken slabs.
